Terms of Service

1. Service Description
EternalMCP provides a platform for AI-powered tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The EternalMCP for Android application ("App") provides two modes of access:
• BYO Mode — A mobile client for your existing Claude Pro subscription via claude.ai WebView
• EternalMCP Mode — A full AI chat experience with pre-wired MCP tools, powered by prepaid INR credits
2. Account Registration
To use EternalMCP Mode, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Credits & Payments
Prepaid Model: EternalMCP Mode operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credit packs denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Credits are deducted per message based on the AI model selected and tokens consumed.
No Refunds: All credit purchases are final. Credits do not expire. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
Pricing: Credit pack prices and per-message costs may change with 30 days notice. Existing credits retain their value regardless of price changes.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details (card numbers, UPI IDs, bank account details). Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by the RBI.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EternalMCP to:
• Generate content that is illegal under Indian law
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other individuals
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to abuse the API or circumvent rate limits
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through EternalMCP is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
The AI models are provided by Anthropic. Their use is also subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
6. MCP Tools
MCP tools (Gmail, Company Research, Trading, etc.) are provided as integrations. Tool availability may change without notice. Some tools require additional authorization (e.g., Gmail requires Google OAuth consent). We are not liable for actions taken by tools on your behalf when authorized by you.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of EternalMCP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key commitments:
• Chat content is never stored on our servers
• Zero PII is forwarded to AI models
• Data is stored in India
• You can request account deletion at any time
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Anthropic, Razorpay, Google, Vercel).
9. Intellectual Property
The EternalMCP name, logo, and design system are our intellectual property. The MCP protocol is an open standard. AI model outputs are not claimed as our intellectual property — ownership of AI-generated content follows applicable law and Anthropic's terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, EternalMCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
